By placing an order with TANNED & TOLD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all wholesale buyers, distributors, retailers, and businesses purchasing our products.
All content, designs, logos, images, and product specifications on our website are the intellectual property of TANNED & TOLD.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
The brand name “TANNED & TOLD” and all associated logos are registered trademarks.
Any use of our trademarks without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by TANNED & TOLD.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp with full details.
Standard Orders: 50% advance, 50% before shipment.
Custom Orders: 70% advance, 30% before shipment.
Payments via Bank Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), or PayPal.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for standard products.
Custom Orders: Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted.
Advance payment may be subject to deduction for incurred costs.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon shipment.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace defective items or issue a credit note at our discretion.
Note: Refunds are not provided for custom-made products.
TANNED & TOLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific business requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India.
Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, and Mumbai, India.
We collect and store customer information solely for order processing and communication purposes.
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent.
All data is stored securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
TANNED & TOLD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
