Returns & Claims Policy

Defective Products: We accept claims only for verified manufacturing defects, reported within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement: We will replace defective items at no extra cost or issue a credit note.

Note: Returns are not accepted for custom-made/private label orders unless there is a major quality deviation.
